Orders
All jewelry from Peachy B is made to order. Please allow 5 to 15 business days for order completion. In the event that an item is on backorder you will be contacted regarding the status of the item. Need your Peachy B tout de suite? We are happy to accomodate rush orders - please contact for details.
All orders are shipped free to you, via USPS. Sales tax applies to orders shipped within the state of California.
Repairs
We are happy to repair items damaged due to normal wear and tear within 60 days of purchase. Outside of the 60 days, we will gladly repair items for a reasonable fee.
Returns
We hope you are happy with your Peachy B purchase. However, if you are not, we can offer an exchange within 14 days of delivery. We require that you return the new and unused goods to us in the original packaging. Please let us know as soon as possible, including the order number and reason for the return. We recommend using a registered service as Peachy B cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. Unfortunately we cannot refund postage costs unless the item is faulty. If we receive your return in a condition which we think is not fit for exchange we will get in touch with you to find a solution. Peachy B reserves the right to refuse an exchange for damaged returns.
If you receive an item which is faulty please let us know within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Please note the exchange policy above should you encounter a faulty or damaged product.
We are unable to accept any returns from purchases made from a store or other website.
